- · Uncomplicated urinary tract infections (UTI) in women (16-64 years)
The Pharmacy First Service closest to us is offered at ND Chemist next door to the surgery. Please contact them for your advice or you can submit an online triage and we can refer you if appropriate.
Dementia support
If you need advice and support with any aspect of Dementia care, get in touch with Dementia Connect on 0333 150 3456. A dementia adviser will talk to you to explore your needs and connect you to the right support.
Physiotherapy
Please contact us online if you need to see one of our First Contact Physiotherapists. You will be need to provide us some basic information about the problems you are having and, if appropriate, an appointment will be a arranged.
